Housing Compliance & Coordination
We maintain a highly collaborative relationship with supervisors, case managers, and housing coordinators. Both our independent living format and our property standards satisfy the necessary requirements for housing plans.
Admission & Qualification Criteria
All applicants are subject to a professional screening process. We do not accept online applications; every applicant must pass an in-person residency interview before move-in. To be eligible, applicants must fulfill the following criteria:
- Provide verified proof of income showing earnings of $24/hour or greater, OR provide an approved co-signer.
- Successfully pass an in-person residency interview prior to move-in.

Will the owner is amazing. The rooms are spacious and furnished in luxury. Gas burners for cooking and an extra large farm sink. No bathtub. Great location and it always smells of Domino's pizza because it's next door.

This place was a great place when I needed it. The rooms were decent and some were remodeled. Was nice that my dogs were welcomed with no extra fees. I did have issues with the washing machines not working correctly a few times I used them. I also had a package stolen from my door by one of the neighbors, which was ultimately the reason I ended up leaving. My neighbor was entertaining for sure but nothing that I didn’t expect in an extended stay situation. It’s a little pricey but definitely worth it if you need it and the manager Wil is a very nice guy!

I needed a place for a couple months to finish a work project in Denver. I’m glad I found this place. The owner is a great guy, it is far enough west that you don’t have crime and he gets rid of anyone that is a problem. The units are very roomy, better than a studio apartment, and the price is right.

Will (owner) is a nice guy with a great property! Right on colfax, but far enough west (close to Colfax and Simms) to not have to deal with the “colfax” vibe. Rooms are great and already furnished! Minimum of a 4 week stay, $500/week, so you don’t have to deal with the daily/weekly transients! Really feels more like an apartment than the “hotel” style that most extended stays are! And most importantly, ALLOWS DOGS/CATA OF ANY KIND!

Visiting with my sister in law Jen & her husband Jim, management ( Will) is Great, courtesy, professional & making this property alot better than it was! Very nice rooms, spacious, quiet & comfy. Most definitely would recommend, refer & stay here again in the future. ,

I stayed for 2 weeks while in colorado with my husband who travels for work. The rooms were comfortable with plenty of storage space. Also had a full size refrigerator and 2 burners to cook with. Had large smart tvs in the living room area and bedroom. Alot of stores and malls close by. Would stay there again.

Well first and foremost big shout out to WILL the brains behind this unique cozy boutique hotel. The rooms are a steal u can’t complain about the price because its not expensive at all. aside from that the rooms are huge u get a 2 burner kitchenette full size fridge a private bedroom a living room and the owner is super chill the neighbors are chill. Im here for work and i will say that this place makes me feel like im at home. Honestly check them out. You wont regret it. Dude its football season and you get 2 60in tvs one in the living room and one in ur bedroom. I really hope WILL expands in to other states . Thanks for the stay brother.

I live here and its really nice. The owner really spent a lot of money to fix the place up. I like the management he has a good personality, ezay to get along with. There's no kids for me at 61, well that's great.
