Spacious Living Quarters

All our suites are one-bedroom units with a separate living room.  All our rooms come with King beds. We provide two large screen TVs in every suite- one in the living room and a second one in the bedroom.  All our rooms come with a designated desktop area and all our living rooms come equipped with entertainment centers.

THE RIGHT AMBIANCE

Our rooms are beautifully decorated with libraries, entertainment centers, small wineries, and leather furniture.  Long-term stays require more spacious suites with a feeling of home.  Empty rooms leave one wanting something different.  Our rooms are filled with books, liquor bottles, pictures, and other accessories that provide the right ambiance for a long-term stay.

PET SPECIALTY PLACE

Pets do much better when living on the first floor with a walk-out. High rises and elevators are not nearly as suitable for pets. Pets and people feel confined on upper floors and small spaces. Our large one-bedroom suites provide easy outside access and a feeling of townhome living.

Our floors are beautiful tile that resembles wood. It makes pet clean-ups easy and there are never any odors. We have no pet fees or pet deposits. Pets stay with us completely free.

QUIET & SAFE COMPLEX

Mixing short-term guests with long-term guests is a bad idea. Short-term guests tend to be on vacation and thus disruptive to a quiet stay. We only take stays of 30 days or longer in catering to long-term residents and their need for a quiet setting.

Our unique policies in terms of “adults only” and “long-term guests only” create a quiet atmosphere in catering to long-term residents.

We also do not allow online check-ins.  We screen perspective tenants by meeting with everyone in person first.  Screening is the only way to maintain a quiet atmosphere & safe environment.
