We only accept reservations by telephone. We screen all applicants to ensure good tenants.
We require that all our tenants have income of $4000 per month or higher ($24 per hour). We also have a minimum stay of 30 days to ensure a quiet environment.

This is a top of the line extended stay! The rooms are beautiful and updated, the fact there isn’t screaming kids or constantly barking dogs is absolutely amazing, an extremely well kept property and will is an amazing renter! If you’re looking for your new long term home this is the place to be!
I moved in 1 month ago with my 2 dogs . This place is leaps and bounds above any extended stay or motel you will ever find. The rooms are beautiful and welcoming. I felt at home the minute I set foot in my room. My dogs love it they have space to feel free. The property is clean and very quiet so no loud partying at 3am . It peaceful when I am at work I can come back to a relaxing serene environment.
I'm a travel nurse, who won't leave home without her dogs, and this place is perfect. Large rooms, each with a huge flat screen, fast WiFi, full size fridge in the kitchen..a little place to walk my dogs, and no extra fees for them to stay with me! Very quiet area, no loud neighbors, and the owner is a super nice guy. So grateful to have found this spot while on my contract! It's a home away from home, and a full one thousand dollars cheaper than the extended stay hotel I was previously staying at. You won't be disappointed when you stay here!
Nice, cozy place with a great landlord. Prices are fair and the rooms are so spacious! The people are quiet and nice and keep to themselves. Only problem is trying to get in here, no one wants to leave. Highly recommend for anyone that is looking for a nice place with no drama and good prices.
