All our suites are large one-bedroom units with a defined living room and a separate bedroom. All our rooms come with a king-sized bed and 2 large-screen TVs, a laptop area, and entertainment center.

Our rooms are beautifully decorated with libraries, entertainment centers, small wineries, and leather furniture. Long-term stays require large spacious suites with a feeling of home and the right ambiance for an extended stay.

PET SPECIALTY PLACE
Pets do much better when living on the first floor with a walk-out. High rises are not nearly as suitable for pets. Our large first-floor walk-outs provide easy outside access, and our tiled floors make pet clean-ups easy. Pets stay with us completely free.

SAFE COMPLEX
We only take stays of 30 days or longer. Hotel guests tend to be disruptive to long-term residents. Our unique policy of long-term guests only creates a quiet and safe place. We do not allow online check-ins. We screen residents by meeting with everyone in person first, before check-in.
